Back by popular demand, the Healing Your Life 6 session training course is a fun, eye opening, interactive, and informative program. You will learn how to bring the ancient teachings of Ayurveda into your life. Ayurveda is the sister science to Yoga, and addresses healing at the root. Learn how accessible Ayurveda is and start incorporating healing practices into your daily routine. In the six classes you will learn: • The basic principles of Ayurveda • Your natural constitution and the nature of any imbalances you may have • The Cause of Disease • How to heal using five sense therapies, including: -Healing Your Life through food, touch (self-massage), aromatherapy, color therapy, music therapy and healthy lifestyle routines • Healing techniques including nasal cleansing, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and more! Materials Included in the course: Healing Your Life Book, Neti Pot and Sea Salt, Rose Water, Tongue Scraper, Eye Wash Cup, Spray Bottle, Three Sample Body Oils, Five Bottles of Essential Oils, Tissues. *** I cannot alter the kits for participants. *** If you are in the DMV area, you may pick up your kit at Smile Herb Shop. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations through the website ends 48hrs prior to your visit. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice via email. If your cancellation is within 48hrs of your appointment or course, please contact MaRen Ayurveda to request your partial refund. There is a $25 charge for short notice cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled visit. All other cancellations made before then will receive their payment less the processing fees.
