Initial Consultation (2 sessions)

Service Description

I help clients move beyond symptom treatment and towards understanding the path and interconnectedness of long term and short term imbalances/symptoms. The initial consultation gives clients a starting point to understand their unique doshic makeup (constitution), any imbalances, observed causes of the imbalance, and what steps you can take for improved health. This approach is a springboard to your healing and lifelong wellness journey. The Initial consultation consists of two sessions. - Session 1 - Intake: We discuss your wellness history, daily routines, issues of concern, wellness goals and more. This session takes 2 hours. If you prefer to meet over zoom instead of in person, you can use the coupon code: #ZoomIntake - Session 2 - Report of Findings: I give you a report of your balanced doshic state (think Ayurvedic DNA code), your current imbalanced state, insight into some of the trigger points for illness based on your dosha, and preliminary steps you can take to move your constitution back into balance. This is the springboard to get you informed and started on your journey. This session takes 45 minutes over zoom.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations through the website ends 48hrs prior to your visit. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice via email. If your cancellation is within 48hrs of your appointment or course, please contact MaRen Ayurveda to request your partial refund. There is a $25 charge for short notice cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled visit. All other cancellations made before then will receive their payment less the processing fees.
